To ensure you can wear your jeans with absolute peace of mind, we provide a full 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, which manifest during normal wear and proper care:
- Hardware & Trims: Main metal buttons that loosen or fall off, jammed or broken zippers, and detached rivets.
- Structural Seams: Unraveling or splitting of main seams (such as the inseam, side seams, or back pocket stitching).
- Belt Loops: Belt loops that detach from the fabric during reasonable, normal use.
What is Not Covered?
Premium cotton denim is a natural fabric that molds, softens, and evolves with your body’s unique movements. The warranty does not apply to natural wear and tear or damage unrelated to the manufacturing process:
- Inner Thigh Wear (Chafing): Thinning, fraying, or holes in the crotch and inner thigh area caused by natural friction during walking.
- External Mechanical Damage: Rips, holes, snagging, or scuffs caused by sharp objects, falls, or accidental damage.
- Improper Washing & Care: Shrinkage, loss of elasticity, or fabric distortion resulting from failure to follow the care label guidelines (such as using a clothes dryer or washing at high temperatures).

Natural Color Changes: Gradual fading of indigo dye or color bleeding during the first few washes – this is a natural, signature characteristic of premium denim.
How to Claim Your Warranty (Simple & Quick)
If you detect a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we are here to make it right:

Choosing the Best Solution:
- Our Premium Repair Service (Priority): If the issue involves a zipper, button, or seam, we will professionally repair your jeans through an expert denim tailor, completely free of charge.
- Replacement or Store Credit: If we determine a structural fabric defect that cannot be aesthetically repaired, we will replace your jeans with an identical pair (or issue full store credit if the item is out of stock).
