Purchasing an item through the website constitutes agreement to the following terms:
(i) you have read all information relating to the item before purchasing it; and
(ii) committing to purchase an item and completing the payment process on the website constitutes a legally binding contract for the purchase of that item.

The prices charged for the use of our services or the purchase of our products are displayed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of displayed products and to correct any unintentional pricing errors at any time. If you receive a defective product, it must be returned together with any accessories supplied with it, in its original packaging and with the payment receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days of the date on which you received the product. In such a case, we will replace the product or offer a refund to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Order information, such as purchased items, purchase date and shipping address.
  • Customer information, such as your name, email address, billing details (excluding credit card information) and shipping address.

Our team has access to this information in order to help fulfil orders, process refunds and provide customer support.

Information We Share With Others

We share information with third parties that help us fulfil orders and provide store services, including:

  • Payment processing services provided by Max, Yaad Payments and PayPal.
  • Courier services responsible for delivering orders.
  • Details of registered users who have agreed to registration, including email address, phone number and date of birth, which are used for marketing and analysis by FlashyApp Ltd.
  • Tags and cookies used with Google and Meta.

The company (“Rabiat Ltd.”) is not responsible for information stored on the servers of third-party service providers.

Request to Remove Information / Receive Details of Information Collected About You

You may contact our customer service team by email at UTR.JEANS@GMAIL.COM to request the removal of any stored information or to request details regarding the information collected about you.

Your request will be handled within 5 business days.

Payments

Credit card payments – Credit card details are processed directly by Max and Yaad Payments and are stored exclusively by these service providers, not by the company (“Rabiat Ltd.”).

PayPal – We accept payments through PayPal. In order to process your payment, some of your information will be transferred to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
