Refund policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may of course exchange or return the item you purchased. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The first exchange is free of charge.
A second exchange costs ₪40.

A return by courier costs ₪25, regardless of the order value.

Returns made at the studio are free of charge and eligible for a full refund.

You are welcome to message us at any time, but we will reply during opening hours only :)

If an item priced under ₪399 is returned and a ₪25 shipping fee was originally paid, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Collection for a return or exchange may take several days, depending on the courier company’s activity in your area. Unfortunately, we cannot control the exact collection date, but if a week has passed and the courier has not contacted you, please let us know and we will help follow up on the collection.

Club points cannot be used to pay for shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
