Shipping policy

We understand that your time is valuable and that you don’t want to spend it waiting in line at the post office, so we’ll make sure your order is delivered to your home or workplace as quickly as possible.

Your order will be dispatched once it has been confirmed. Delivery takes up to 5 business days, except to remote locations as defined by the courier company. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations.

Orders over ₪399 qualify for free shipping.

For orders under ₪399, shipping costs ₪25.

Orders can also be collected free of charge from our flagship store at 44 Pines Street, Tel Aviv. Click & Collect orders will be ready one business day after the order is placed. We recommend waiting for the email confirming that your order is ready for collection before arriving.

Delivery areas are subject to the courier company’s service coverage.

Club points cannot be used to pay for shipping.
